The person handling the enquiry was really pushy, and did not acknowledge my questions on pickup/drop off time, (wanted to collect at 4pm, and return by 4pm the next day) so I assumed the time I wanted was ok. After payment was made, I was dropped into a group chat with 4-5 other people, and was given a pickup and drop off time. I was told in a very brusque fashion I could ONLY collect at 1pm, no earler and no later as no one will be at the office and this time was non-negotiable. The same thing applied for the return. First of all, this should have been communicated during enquiry and I got the impression that I was inconveniencing them with my pickup and drop off. If you intend to look down at the budget option or feel that it is not worht the effort, maybe don't offer it????? Just food for thought.
I reached at 12.58pm, and knocked on the door several times. The group chat with 4-5 people was unresponsive, and no one opened the door until I started banging on it at 1pm sharp. So I was punctual, but the team was not - go figure. Turns out, not a single person from the team in charge was present, and someone from another team assisted with my pickup - he was pleasant and walked me through the equipment so I am grateful for him.
Perhaps the team in charge of pickup should be sent for service training as dealing with them was a thoroughly unpleasant experience and I have since found similar vendors who have lower prices and are more flexible/responsive. Safe to say they will not be getting anymore business from my company.
On the ground, the technicians were professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the setup process. Everything was well-organised, and their support gave us confidence that the event would run smoothly.
The setup the next morning was seamless and easy to operate, and the projection quality was excellent. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience, and we are grateful for their support in making our event a success.
The quality of the setup and sound did not disappoint as the crew and sound tech were professional and technically competent in setting up and tuning the system. This contributed greatly to the success of the grand opening.
Price wise is also reasonable, will definitely engage your services again when opportunity arises. Thank you.
