LexisNexis needed a professional conference AV setup at Sofitel Singapore City Centre that would match the tone of a corporate event: sharp, reliable, visually clean, and free from the sort of technical drama that usually deserves its own Netflix documentary.
The requirement covered the full production package: LED wall display, video switching equipment, audio equipment, technical manpower, event photography, and a highlights video after the event.
In other words, this was not simply a “drop off a speaker and hope for civilisation” sort of job. It required proper planning, onsite coordination, and a production team capable of making everything look smooth while quietly wrestling the usual ballroom gremlins behind the curtain.

Motion Media Works provided a full event audio visual production setup for the LexisNexis conference, including the LED wall, video switching equipment, audio system, onsite technical manpower, event photography, and highlights video production. The LED wall created a strong visual focal point for presentation content and branded visuals, while the video switching setup allowed slides and source changes to be managed smoothly throughout the programme. The audio system was deployed to keep speech clear and consistent across the room, because nobody attends a corporate conference hoping for “muffled airport announcement” as the house style. Our onsite crew managed the technical flow during the event, while the photography and highlights video captured the key moments and overall polish for use after the conference.

The LexisNexis conference was delivered as a complete, polished production, with the LED wall, audio system, video switching, technical manpower, photography and highlights video all managed as one coordinated event package. The result was a conference that looked sharp, sounded clear, and flowed smoothly from a technical standpoint, while also giving the client a set of professional photo and video assets for post-event use. Everything worked together neatly in the background, which is exactly where good AV should be: quietly excellent, not tapping the microphone and asking for attention.

For corporate conferences, AV production is not just about having the right equipment in the room; it is about protecting the credibility of the event. A brand like LexisNexis needs a conference environment where the audience can focus on the speakers, content and message without being distracted by blank screens, awkward source changes or audio that sounds like it has been filtered through a biscuit tin. This project shows how Motion Media Works supports corporate clients with full production thinking, combining LED wall, sound, video control, crew support, photography and highlights video into one seamless event experience.
