Client Requirement

Turkish Stones required a premium LED wall rental for their tradeshow booth at World Architecture Festival, held at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre. The display needed to be embedded into the wooden booth structure and wrap around the corner with a rounded seamless edge, creating a strong architectural centrepiece rather than a polite rectangle quietly playing video in the background.

Our Solution

A corner LED wall rental system was supplied and installed to fit neatly within the wooden tradeshow booth. The 3D corner display was planned so the rounded edge became part of the design, creating a continuous digital surface for Turkish Stones to showcase stone textures, brand visuals, and architectural content with depth and impact.

Technical Challenge

The challenge was making a rental LED wall system look purpose-built into the booth. The corner LED wall had to align neatly with the timber structure, maintain a clean rounded edge, and look seamless from multiple viewing angles. At an architecture event, tiny gaps and awkward lines do not hide. They stand there wearing a fluorescent jacket.

Outcome

The completed booth gave Turkish Stones a strong visual anchor at World Architecture Festival. The seamless corner LED wall helped the booth stand out in a design-led environment, making the display feel immersive, sculptural, and properly integrated into the booth architecture rather than added as an afterthought.

AVrental.com.sg supported Mapletree’s full-day staff communication townhall at Mapletree Business City Auditorium, delivering hybrid event production for both in-person attendees and approximately 2,000 online viewers across different countries, locations, and time zones. The webcast was hosted on the Motion Media Works platform with individual attendee login credentials, identity-based access management, live moderated Q&A, and video-on-demand access for staff who could not attend live, including those in countries affected by public holidays. To support reliability, AVrental.com.sg also provided bonded internet with multiple simultaneous uplinks, creating a secure and resilient environment for global enterprise staff communication.
