Swiss Re needed a polished AV production setup for its two-day Life and Health Summit, including full audio, visual, lighting, LED wall and live production support. The event required a corporate-grade environment where presentations, branding, speakers and programme flow could be delivered smoothly, without the client team having to wrestle with cables, screens or the small ballroom gremlins that appear five minutes before showtime.

The challenge was to maintain a premium, consistent production standard across two full days while supporting live presentations, speaker transitions, LED wall content, audio reinforcement and lighting cues. The webcast was hosted on the Motion Media Works platform with individual attendee login credentials, identity-based access management, live moderated Q&A, and video-on-demand access for staff who could not attend live, including those in countries affected by public holidays.
