What Is
The Show Programming Studio?
The Show Programming Studio is our in-house “control lab” – a dedicated space where clients, show-callers and agencies come in, sit down with our team, and build the entire event show flow in a calm, controlled environment. No noisy banquet hall, no rushing against hotel curfews. Just you, your rundown and our toys.

Can we bring our own operator?
Absolutely. Your LD, show-caller or tech director is welcome. Our programmer will support with patching, integration and “how our system is wired” so they don’t have to figure it out on site.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend locking a slot at least 2–3 weeks before the event so there’s time to refine the rundown, confirm rig details and adjust content if needed.
Will the showfile load exactly the same at the venue?
We prepare the Studio configuration to match your real event rig as closely as possible – fixture profiles, addresses, universes, screen layouts and routing. On site, we still run final checks and tweaks for the actual room, but you’re starting from a solid base instead of a blank file.
